Job Description
Join Concierge Home Care, where care changes lives. Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis.
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice
- Medicare OASIS documentation proficiency
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Two years of experience in speech therapy (preferred)
