Senior Cybersecurity Customer Trust & Assurance Consultant

Concord is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Customer Trust & Assurance Consultant to join their client's Customer Trust and Assurance team. The successful candidate will represent the security of a modern SaaS platform, delivering accurate and engineering-informed responses to security questionnaires and due-diligence requests. They will work closely with internal engineers to understand how the platform is architected, validate the security design, and translate complex technical information into clear, customer-ready explanations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future
• 8–12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, cloud security, or related technical roles
• Strong technical understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams on system design, security controls implementation, and threat modeling
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently represent complex technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as HITRUST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CSA STAR
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or cloud security certifications
