Job Description
As the Royalties Coordinator, you will assist with the administration and processing of royalty statements, including creating statement headers, loading electronic files, and mapping titles to works in our publishing database.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-year previous royalties experience
- Familiarity with Vistex iMaestro
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent math skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookup; Pivot Tables)
- Ability to work and function in an open, shared-workspace environment
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with coworkers
