Job Description
Concordia Wireless is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Integrations Administrator to support and evolve their enterprise system environment. The role involves configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the system with business operations. This position is onsite at Carol Stream, IL, Monday - Friday.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary administrator for Dynamics 365, managing configurations, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
- Support daily operations by monitoring system performance, resolving user issues, and managing system uptime.
- Execute and validate system upgrades, updates, and patches with minimal business disruption.
