Job Description
Seeking an experienced Tower Crew Chief (Foreman) to lead Tower Technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a telecom foreman or lead technician
- Proven experience managing and leading field crews
- Authorized Climber Certification (required)
- Anritsu Sweep Certification
- Commscope Connector Tool Certification
- NSN or Ericsson PTID certifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to climb 200–300 feet and work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Willingness to travel for extended durations
