As a Maintenance Manager, you will contribute to the success of the community by ensuring the condition of amenities and apartment homes meets high standards, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and maintaining occupied apartments.

- Painting

- Appliance repair

- Landscape quality control
- Irrigation repairs
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- EPA certification (Universal or Type I and Type II)
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Precision measuring instruments
- Trade training in mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing
