Job Description
ConcordRENTS is a leading property management company in Florida seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain amenities and apartment home interiors. The ideal candidate will have experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, as well as knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems. This is a full-time, in-person position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- EPA certification (either Universal or both Type I and Type II)
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Over one year of experience in maintenance or a related field (preferred)
