Allure is seeking a Director of Audience Development and Analytics to serve as a strategic connector across all teams at Condé Nast, advocating for audience priorities and ensuring alignment with Allure and SELF’s KPIs. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in SEO, AIO, newsletter, community engagement, content analytics, social strategy, and other audience initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing social and search strategies, managing partnerships, overseeing email campaigns, reporting on performance, and driving commerce growth & subscriptions.
