Job Description
We are seeking HVAC Residential Lead Installers who have 3+ years of experience installing replacement systems and ductwork. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and a great atmosphere with ongoing training and teamwork.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience installing replacement systems and ductwork
- Piecework Pay – $140,000 to $160,000 per year
- Company vehicle and uniforms
- Detail oriented, skilled with overall HVAC residential installs, start-ups, ductwork, and take pride in quality installs and accuracy as a signature of your work.
- Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers.
- Good driver and have clean driving record to be insurable with our auto carrier insurance.
- Possess a high level of communication skills when working with other team members, departments, and our valued customers.
