We have a great opportunity for an HR Specialist to join our client, a leading global law firm with a fantastic benefits package on offer! The role involves leading and managing a team, reviewing HR processes and policies, and implementing HR technology solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR shared services or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with HR systems and technology, including HRIS platforms ideally Workday
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and process improvements
- Experience working with European jurisdictions and/or German and French speaking skills an advantage
