Job Description
Conexiom is seeking a Director, Professional Services to lead customer onboarding, implementation, and billable services while driving the transformation of how services are delivered.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years leading professional services or implementation teams
- Proven experience modernizing or transforming services organizations
- Strong program, project, and consultative leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Track record of executing on strategy, leading through change, and delivering measurable results
- Working knowledge of common ERP platforms and SaaS platforms
- Experience partnering with technical architects, integration engineers, and customer IT teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
