Operations Manager - St. Louis, MO

Conexus Food is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at its St. Louis facility, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining a safe and organized facility, and leading a team of over 30 personnel. The role requires strong operational expertise, urgency in decision-making, and proven skills in logistics, quality management, and team leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
• 3–5 years in a senior manager role (AGM, Operations Manager, Plant/Unit Manager, or equivalent)
• Experience in building out processes and procedures in a growing or newly acquired facility
• Strong background in transportation, inventory control, and ERP systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple shifts
