
Job description
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with site leadership and employees to improve work relationships, inspire engagement, and increase productivity and retention. They will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with leaders to develop solutions, programs and policies. They will develop and implement HR strategies that drive a high-performance and high-engagement culture.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, track and report on site HR metrics, design and implement HR initiatives that support company-wide objectives and improve employee experience, manage HR administration and compliance activities.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, Finance or any other related field, and intermediate English skills (B1+). They will have demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability at multiple organizational levels, strong employee relations expertise, and strong knowledge in Costa Rica labor laws and regulations.
