Senior Accountmanager IT Staffing

Conflux is looking for a Senior Account Manager IT Staffing to develop new customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and deploy IT consultants within customer environments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience within IT staffing, detaching or consulting
• Knowledge of the IT labor market and the use of consultants
• Strong commercial profile
• Ability to switch between customer, consultant, and internal teams
• Professional communicative skills (Dutch and English)
