Product Manager

At Conga, we've built a community where our colleagues can thrive. This is a role for a Platform Product Manager who can drive the next phase of platform growth and lead the direction, planning, execution, and delivery of our core platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of owning APIs, integration frameworks, or shared platform services
• Technical fluency in system architecture, API design, authentication/authorization frameworks, data models, and scalability
• Developer and internal customer empathy
• Ability to own the platform roadmap and prioritize improvements
• Definition and tracking of platform KPIs
