Community Manager

The Community Manager is responsible for all phases of on-site property operation, maintaining standards and ensuring resident satisfaction. This full-time position involves training and leading a team, managing financials, and ensuring a positive resident experience. The role is a key element of Conifer's operational success.

Requirements

• Train and be responsible for work performance by all team members.
• Handle coaching, mentoring, and staffing functions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and daily attendance.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Market and approve/disapprove applications for rental.
• Oversee tenant/resident communication.
• Oversee all maintenance requests.
• Inspect units and contractors' work.
• Maintain necessary records of financial transactions.
