Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for maintenance of plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping, and apartment turnover, vendor management, apartment standards and successful management of maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on apartment maintenance experience
• Prior painting, minor plumbing & electrical wiring skills, carpentry, dry wall, cleaning skills
• Knowledge of safety rules involving cleaning supplies, maintenance equipment
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers’ license
• Ability to respond within 30-minutes to on-call emergencies
• Able to assist with snow removal and grounds upkeeping
• Ability to read, fully comprehend and understand all operation manuals and all regulatory requirements
• Prior budgeting experience
• Prior computer experience on MS Office and affordable housing software
