Responsible for maintenance of plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping, and apartment turnover, vendor management, apartment standards and successful management of maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on apartment maintenance experience
- Prior painting, minor plumbing & electrical wiring skills, carpentry, dry wall, cleaning skills
- Knowledge of safety rules involving cleaning supplies, maintenance equipment
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers’ license
- Ability to respond within 30-minutes to on-call emergencies
- Able to assist with snow removal and grounds upkeeping
- Ability to read, fully comprehend and understand all operation manuals and all regulatory requirements
- Prior budgeting experience
- Prior computer experience on MS Office and affordable housing software
