Job Description
Conifer Realty is seeking a self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support their apartment community in Conifer Village at Patchogue Senior Apartments I & II. The role involves maintaining indoor and outdoor spaces, responding to work orders, and communicating with team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of prior apartment or home repair maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some computer skills helpful for timekeeping, emails, and work order processing
- Reliable transportation
- Strong time management, problem solving, communication, and customer service skills
