Job Description
Conifer Realty is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support their Keeler Park Apartments community. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training. Requirements
- Maintaining indoor and outdoor maintenance
- Completing routine painting, carpentry, cleaning, and other maintenance activities
- Responding to on-call duties
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
