Job Description
Landsman Development Corp. is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join their team in Rochester, NY. The role involves maintaining residential properties, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, able to work independently, and maintain a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Experience in all areas of apartment maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, painting/drywall)
- Previous experience supervising your own team and coordinating maintenance activities
- Snow removal experience
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to be on-call for evening and weekend emergencies
