Maintenance Technician

This position is for a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical assets of the property, respond to resident service requests, and ensure a safe and presentable environment. Responsibilities include repair work, preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and possess basic mechanical skills.

Requirements

• Handle resident service requests and work orders within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance and service requests.
• Able to run a plow truck and plow.
• Be knowledgeable of inventory levels of spare parts and supplies.
• Possess reliable transportation to work.
• Pass a drug test and background screening favorably.
