As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning. You will also care for the grounds and respond to work orders promptly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, a plus
