Regional Manager position at Conifer Realty, leading teams and strengthening communities in affordable housing.

Requirements

5+ years of affordable housing management experience, including LIHTC, Section 8, or HUD compliance.
Solid experience with HUD 50059 is required.
2+ years of supervisory experience with training, performance management, and staffing.
Knowledge of budgets, NOI, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
Certifications such as COS, LIHTC, or STAR preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
Flexibility for regional travel for site visits, inspections, and meetings.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
