Job Description
Business Development Manager to lead business development and sales activities for solar-as-a-service offering in Indonesia.
Requirements
- 3-7 years experience in business-to-business sales or business development experience
- Indonesian national with fluent command of spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in a sales context
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Good understanding of financial models
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong interest in renewable energy
- Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, high-growth working environment
- Energy, drive, and resilience associated with long sales cycles
- Communicative enthusiasm for a service that will make a difference to the world and its environment
- Ability to relate to multiple functions, roles, and seniority levels in customer organisations
