Business Develpment Manager

To lead business development and sales activities for the company's solar-as-a-service offering in Thailand, identifying and targeting potential customers, engaging and convincing them of the benefits of the solution, and supporting the engineering and project teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 3-7 years experience in business-to-business sales or business development experience
• Thai national with fluent command of spoken and written native language
• Outstanding interpersonal skills in a sales context
• Good analytical and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
• No specific industry experience is required but strong interest in renewable energy required
• Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, high-growth working environment
• Energy, drive and resilience associated with long sales cycles
• Communicative enthusiasm for a service that will make a difference to the world and its environment
• Ability to relate to multiple functions, roles and seniority levels in customer organisations from facility management, procurement, and also MD/GM levels.
• Demonstrated track record and networks in relevant industries
• Solid ability to understand, convey, discuss and argue key contractual aspects of commercial agreements
• Must own a car with a valid drivers licence to visit clients
