Job Description
Connect Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Home Health Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive, well-coordinated care to pediatric patients in the Denton and Lewisville, Texas area. The role involves building relationships with patients and families and collaboratively ensuring quality care in the comfort of their homes. Clinicians receive support for treatment, development, and professional growth.
Requirements
- A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- Current BLS License
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
- Pediatric experience is preferred
