Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
• WWCC (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Check & Police Check
• Driver's license & reliable vehicle
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
