Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Strategic SDR team, operating at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Go To Market strategy. The role involves working closely with Marketing and Sales to build, test, and optimize outbound and inbound campaigns, develop playbooks, and continuously refine our approach to new markets and customer segments.

Requirements

• 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment.
• Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality - takes initiative and drives results independently.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively.
• Collaborative mindset, able to partner effectively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
