Sales Development Representative

This is a Sales Development Representative role at Connecteam, a TLV-based startup that's on a mission to change the work experience for 80% of the world's global workforce. The role involves working closely with Marketing and Sales to build, test, and optimize outbound and inbound campaigns, develop playbooks, and continuously refine our approach to new markets and customer segments.

Requirements

• 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and processes
• Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality - takes initiative and drives results independently
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively
• Collaborative mindset, able to partner effectively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders
• Competitive, driven, and motivated to grow within sales
