Job Description
As a Broadcast Video Director, you will work with the Production team to create high-quality live video capture for weekend services and special events. You will develop the style and process for live video, manage live stream systems, and train and manage video team volunteers.
Requirements
- High-level skill and aptitude in all aspects of live event and post video production
- High-level aptitude for visual style and live video composition
- High-level people skills, team development and training
- Good discretion to know when to escalate issues/changes to Production Director
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Relevant education in Film and Video
- 3-5 years of experience in a church video department
