Responsibilities include answering phones and email, receiving visitors, shipping and receiving postage, assisting school staff with administrative tasks, and other school support duties.

Requirements

• Must report to the office in Reno, Nevada
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Google Suite, and web-based applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Customer focused approach
• High degree of flexibility
• Demonstrated ability to work well in fast-paced team environment
• Must be able to use a personal electronic device and an email address for two-step authentication
