As our Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' influencer marketing success, leading the development and execution of impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in influencer marketing, social, or talent management — ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven experience running end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing through to reporting.
- Strong network or experience working with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Deep understanding of influencer platforms, content formats, and creator dynamics.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A data-informed mindset with the ability to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly across contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
- Confidence representing an agency externally and contributing to thought leadership.
