Job Description
Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, the Concessions Shift Lead oversees concessions staff and operations for Conner Prairie's festivals, programs and daily food service operations.
Requirements
- Friendly/ outgoing personality, dependable/ strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Experience leading a team is desired
- Clear and confident communication is required
- Ability to traverse uneven ground and be able to safely lift 50 pounds
- Ability to safely drive a golf cart with trailer desired
- SafeServ Food Handlers Certificate desired
