Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level executive and administrative tasks to support the CEO, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. The role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and requires a high degree of discretion, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs before they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-level support role preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with executives and board members under pressure while remaining professional and composed
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and honesty
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Event planning and meeting management experience preferred
