Senior Production Supervisor

Our client is a global industrial manufacturer seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations and lead teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, safety practices, and quality systems
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred
• Exposure to multinational or matrixed organizations preferred
