Job Description
Consensys is seeking a Senior UX Engineer to join their Consensys Design team, supporting MetaMask, the most used wallet in crypto. This role involves bridging the gap between design and engineering, focusing on pixel-perfect UI/UX execution, and collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver seamless experiences for millions of users. Consensys aims to make web3 accessible and easy to use for everyone.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of modern Javascript/Typescript
- Strong proficiency in React & React Native
- Proven experience building and scaling high-traffic, consumer-facing products
- Experience delivering pixel-perfect, high-fidelity interfaces with attention to detail
- Expertise in building consistent cross-platform user experiences with accessibility and performance
- Hands-on knowledge of design systems, design tokens, and shared component libraries
- Proficiency in interaction design, animation frameworks (e.g. Rive, Lottie), and optimizing transitions
- Deep familiarity with Figma
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
