Project Manager

The Project Manager will serve as a main point of contact for all project stakeholders, overseeing the entire project's life cycle including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resource management, and safety. They will also be responsible for business development, including networking events, marketing initiatives, and proposal preparation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or a similar role within the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certifications preferred
• Proficiency in cost management software (Timberline, Sage), scheduling software (Primavera P6), and construction management software (Procore) preferred
