Job Description
This IT Consultant role involves strengthening a CRM & CX team by analyzing customer requirements, developing customized solutions, and integrating them with existing IT landscapes. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The company focuses on modern software solutions and supports customers with both sales, service, and marketing processes.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business/IT or a comparable field of study
- Ideally first experience in CRM and CX solution implementation
- First knowledge of data modeling, API integration, and cloud technologies
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
- Travel preparation (project-dependent)
