Job Description
This internship or training program allows individuals with advanced studies in business, communication, marketing, sales, economics, or related fields to gain practical experience at start-ups. The role involves identifying target groups, outreach, CRM system management, and participation in marketing and sales activities, with a focus on measurement and report creation. Flexible work arrangements are offered.
Requirements
- Advanced studies in business, communication, marketing, sales, economics or a comparable field
- First practical experience with CRM systems
- Proficient handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and willingness to actively communicate
- Independent work style, initiative and team spirit
- Fluent German and good English proficiency
