Your work environment

The tasks you will perform

• Strengthening our project teams at customers across Germany and from home office
• Strategic consulting for the restructuring of operational structures and processes
• Participation in the development and rollout of innovative IT solutions
• Project and program management
• Project management from concept to rollout
• Change management and agile organizational development

Your profile

• At least three years of professional experience in one of the following industries: banks, insurance, automotive, retail, IT, or consulting
• Methodological knowledge and project experience in the introduction or modernization of IT systems
• Plus point: certification in at least one classical or agile project method
• Analytical skills, creativity, and pragmatism
• Communication skills and team spirit
• Secure communication in German and very good English skills
• Travel willingness (project-dependent)
