Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Banking

Your Work Environment

Your contribution will strengthen our Financial Services business unit in nationwide projects with banks, insurance companies, capital market companies, FinTechs, and data centers. Our expertise in digitalization is a key factor in developing and implementing innovative solutions across various industries.

Your Tasks

• Strengthening our project teams at customers throughout Germany and from the home office
• Advising and supporting customers in the banking sector on strategic issues and process optimization
• Participating in the development and implementation of innovative topics and solutions for our customers
• Supporting the creation of offers, presentations, and speeches
• Carrying out change management and accompanying agile organizational development

Your Profile

At least five years of professional experience in the banking sector, desired bank or savings bank training

• Project experience in the banking sector
• IT affinity and developed analytical thinking, creativity, and pragmatism
• Communication skills and teamwork
• Negotiation-safe German and very good English skills
• Willingness to travel (project-dependent)
