Job Description
Consilio seeks a sharp, career-driven litigator with 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or healthcare-related litigation to support the in-house legal team of a large healthcare corporation headquartered in Nashville. This is a long-term contract engagement with a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial and/or healthcare litigation experience gained in an in-house or law firm role
- Strong case management and discovery skills; ideally prior exposure to eDiscovery processes and platforms; working knowledge of HIPAA/PHI
- Strong communication skills, good judgment and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- License to practice law in Tennessee, active and in good standing
