IT Contracts Attorney - Medical Devices

Lawyers on Demand is seeking an IT Contracts Attorney - Medical Devices with 4+ years of commercial contracts experience in IT Sales agreements involving medical devices. The role is a full-time (30-40 hours/week), remote contract with a 2–3-month duration.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial contracts experience working with IT Sales agreements involving medical devices
• Ideal candidate will have other healthcare contracts experience as well
• License to practice law in any state, active and in good standing, is required
• Strong communication skills, good judgment and ability to work independently and collaboratively
