Job Description
We are working with a global technology organisation to bring a new lawyer with datasets experience into the team. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in commercial transactions, IP licensing and privacy law.
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial transactions, IP licensing and privacy law
- Ability to balance legal, cultural and business demands and produce practical, solution-focused advice
- Ability to identify and advise on legal/risk considerations around dataset usage
