Job Description
Console builds AI agents that automate IT support directly in Slack, handling everything from password resets to onboarding so teams can focus on their core tasks. We’re at an inflection point – strong product-market fit, massive market, and an opportunity to define the next generation of internal automation.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing (early-stage or high-growth strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to design and ship full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical rigor: comfortable pulling data, interpreting funnel performance, and making fast decisions
- Creative problem-solver who can generate test ideas and turn successful experiments into scalable playbooks
- High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by impact over process
- Experience with attribution, funnel instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks (GA4, GTM, SQL a plus)
