Job Description
Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for its Windsor, Ontario location. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of machine shop experience and be familiar with Mazak/Fanuc/DMG machines.
Requirements
- Perform simple set-ups and operate CNC lathe machines under supervision
- Perform and record first article inspections of parts
- Create and edit machine programs
- Maintain control of manufacturing documentation
- High School/GED or equivalent education
- 3+ years of machine shop experience or a combination of work experience and vocational training
- Prior experience with Mazak/Fanuc/DMG machines
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to produce precision work
