Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer plays a key role in ensuring that ConMet's products meet the highest standard of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This role coordinates all quality assurance activities related to product quality, including auditing, inspection, problem-solving, customer communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field or equivalent experience
• Prior quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or auditing experience
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Core Tools
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and corrective action processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with customers
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and measurement data
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements
