Job Description
Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Engineer to conduct on-going analysis of production processes to ensure customer and internal quality requirements are met. This role involves supporting the 'Safe Launch' process, participating in PPAP submissions, providing plant communication, managing quality system changes, and training plant-level quality auditors. The ideal candidate will provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and actively participate in continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
Requirements
- Associate degree from a 2- or 4-year college
- 5 years in related experience and/or training
- Bachelor of Science Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- 10 to 15 years related experience and/or training preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- High standards of performance for self
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Sense of urgency and proactive approach
