Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer role involves leading cross-functional teams, customer point of contact, ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Internal Quality System Audit management, and data collection for metric reporting.

Requirements

• Ability to independently lead a cross-functional team using problem-solving tools and the 8D methodology
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, production, engineering, sales, and other company personnel
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer skills with a working knowledge of software programs used for plant operations (Mapics, XA 'Green Screen'), customer portals, and a process-focused mindset
