Job Description
Boston Scientific is seeking a Quality Engineer I to collaborate on process improvements, support Quality systems, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves participating in value stream improvement projects, investigating defects, and providing training to Quality Technicians. This position is onsite, requiring at least four days a week in Maple Grove, MN. Boston Scientific fosters innovation and diversity in its workplace.
Requirements
- Identify Manufacturing signals (OOS and scrap)
- Lead investigations to determine products affected by Non-Conformance issues
- Support Preventive Quality initiatives in value stream
- Provide training and guidance to the Quality Technicians
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure that corrective and preventive measures meet acceptable reliability standards
